Friendly and helpful staff during my stay.
The room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival, and the heating was turned off, which made for a disappointing start to our stay. the bathroom lighting was insufficient and the overall cleanliness was lacking, with dirty curtains and plaster peeling off the walls. I also faced challenges with the limited TV reception, as it only provided a few channels.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The breakfast was fantastic! It's really just what I needed after long nights exploring. Had a chat with the staff—especially Alicja—who were exceptionally helpful.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what I got, it was acceptable.

Clean and tidy budget twin room. Beds were comfy, and we had great air-conditioning, which helped a lot. Enjoyed the ceiling window on the top floor. it added a nice touch. Only issue was that the lift was pretty slow, but overall, the stay was smooth and cozy.

An impressive breakfast featuring local focaccia bread set a great tone for the stay, complemented by the incredibly helpful staff, particularly at reception. The location was prime, offering easy access to nearby attractions while managing to provide a tranquil atmosphere at night. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby railway was disruptive, and some rooms were small and cramped. A staff shortage during breakfast service also affected the experience, detracting from an otherwise delightful stay.

Ideal choice for a fleeting stay in Krakow, great value for the money. Room cleaning was good, always tidy and fresh. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper due to train noise.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Old Town and train station! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with trip bookings. Unlimited mineral water on the landings was a lovely touch!
The noise from the nearby trains can be bothersome early in the morning.
